Privacy Policy
We respect and understand the importance of your privacy. We will never sell, share, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third parties without your express permission. All details are kept on our database.

Our use of your information:
If you register with us, or attend an event, your information, such as name, age, email address and phone number, is added to our contact list. When your information is collected, it will only be used to advise you of forthcoming events, for general correspondence, for correspondence relating to any events for which you have booked, and to send you promotional material from time to time.

Your information and your “matches”:
Your match card includes an area where you provide contact details for us and for your matches. By returing your match card at an event you will automatically agree to release those contact detailsyou’re your first name to other users who you match with. If this area is not completed, we will use any email address you have previously used with us as being your contact details. You need to include your details for you to be “matched”.

A "match" is when both parties score a "yes" for each other, indicating that they would like to see each other again. We will not forward your contact details to any other people in attendance at the event, without your prior permission. We do not take any responsibility for markings on your match card made by you that were inaccurate resulting in a match where your contact details were exchanged. We are neither responsible nor liable for errors or omissions of any kind including any misinterpretation of user’s match card results.

Credit Card bookings:
We do not have access to your credit card number. Payment is made via a third party merchant account, via their secure server, as seen on the booking page. We do receive email confirmation that payment has been made, which may include your address under “shipping details”, but never includes financial information such as your credit card number.

Our site contains links to other websites. Please note that when you click on one of these links you are entering another web site for which we have no responsibility. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of all such sites and their policies.

You have the right to have your contact details to be removed from our database, or edited, at any point. You just need to let us know and we will remove and or edit your details.

In addition to any circumstances described herein, we may disclose information provided by you if required by law, court order or as requested by other government or law enforcement authority.

Reservations Policy
By booking at our event you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age and single. We reserve the right to reject a reservation to any event for any reason.

By purchasing places online via our website, you are authorising the transfer of funds from your credit card to our account for the amount shown to you at the time of booking.

We have the right to refuse access, without notice and without refund, to any persons, to any event should they be in breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to remove anyone from an event, without refund, if they act in a manner that we deem rude, threatening, indecent, offensive or inappropriate, or if their behavior is not compliant with our rules and regulations.

Age limits:
Our events may have a specified age range. We do allow a variation of 1-2 years around the specified age range. We do have the right to cancel any booking made for individuals outside the age range, including within the 1-2 year variation. This may occur if there are a number bookings from people outside the age range, as we ensure that the vast majority of attendees are within the age range.

If you do not show up to an event, that means someone will be sitting alone for each round which detracts from the event. Please let us know if you cannot attend so we can try to find someone else to take your place, and ensure those attending meet the full number of dates. We really appreciate cancellations being informed to us as soon as possible.

If you cannot make the event you can transfer your place to someone else, but you need to inform us in advance. We reserve the right not to accept such a transfer for any reason and treat it as a cancellation.

Cancellations made one week before the event will be refunded. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booking will also be refunded, if made 48 hours or more before the event.

We are not obliged to make refunds for cancellations outside of these criteria, but may do so at our discretion. If customers do not attend the event we are not obliged to refund any monies.

We will provide a full refund to each participant if the event is cancelled. We have the right to change the date and or venue of any event with 4 days prior notice. Any event cancellations will be informed to participants with due notice. You also recognise that through Force Majeure or otherwise, an event may have to be cancelled with less than 4 days notice or so late as to make advance notice impossible to be communicated. In the latter event we will endeavour to refund monies in so far as same is reasonably practicable.
